Deanna began having psychic experiences when she was just a child. She got her first deck of tarot cards at the age of nine and would practice by doing readings for her dog. (A sign of times to come perhaps?)

In her early 20s she began offering intuitive consultations for people. She explored various paranormal topics and was trained in several energy work modalities including reiki. During the summer between college and graduate school she worked at a local tea room reading tea leaves and tarot cards for clients.

In 2000 she began having telepathic experiences with her cat Julius. He was her first teacher. Her most profound experience with him was in 2005 when he told her he was dying. This event served as a catalyst for her. She then became serious about animal communication and spent time studying with the grandmother of animal communication, Penelope Smith, as well as the extremely talented and wonderful Amelia Kinkade.

Currently Deanna maintains a private practice as a professional psychic providing sessions for both people and pets. In addition, she is a trained herbalist and incorporates herbs and homemade flower essences into her work. She lives in the Boston area with her boyfriend, two cats, Isis and Ty Bergie the WonderCat and her dog Kona.
